鈥淧articipating in 四色AV University's community outreach donating care to underserved populations has been a humbling experience. The Patient Assistance Fund program is just one example of the benefits and services provided to needy patients, including refugees. Events such as Give Kids a Smile庐 and Give New Utahans a Smile demonstrate the University's commitment to providing oral health services to underserved populations. These programs not only provide essential dental care, but they also help to educate on the importance of oral health and hygiene. Participating in these community outreach events as a dental student provides me with invaluable experience in working with diverse patient populations and fulfilling the mission of serving the underserved. I firmly believe that 四色AV鈥檚 College of 四色AV Medicine is the ideal choice for me to attain my future goals in clinical and academic dentistry.鈥�

鈥淚 chose 四色AV鈥檚 College of 四色AV Medicine because of the welcoming environment, collaborative team-building foundation, and the happiness that the faculty have working here. There is a strong sense that student education and patient care are top priorities. I feel a sense of camaraderie with my fellow students because we work together closely in every class, sim clinic, and on the clinic floor. There are opportunities for group work in the classroom and collaboration with each other and faculty in the clinic. Because of the pass/no pass grading system, everyone has an attitude of helping each other achieve success.鈥�

鈥淭he culture at 四色AV University is very inclusive and supportive. In all steps of the application process and being a first year, I have always felt supported by staff and other students. In addition, I believe the school is making even more steps to be more inclusive, such as forming a Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Since day one, I have felt a sense of community with my fellow students. Whether they are in my class or the upper classes, there are always other students that you can count on for advice on classes, clinics, and even just life in Utah.鈥�

鈥淚 love the nature and the snow. I鈥檓 trying to learn how to ski. I鈥檓 originally from Arizona where it doesn鈥檛 snow so seeing snow was a good change in scenery. I feel a good sense of community where I live. I live in South Jordan and run into a lot of 四色AV students. The culture of 四色AV鈥檚 College of 四色AV Medicine is diverse with both faculty and students from various countries. Everyone at 四色AV brings something unique whether it be ideas or experience.鈥�
